This lovely 19C listed stone house, located by a road and just a few minutes from downtown Pau, deploys all its charms to the rear of the property thanks to the peaceful garden patio, shaded by a hundred-year-old oak tree. Inside, the stylish dining room sports herringbone parquet flooring and high ceilings. Chef Nicolas Lormeau is thriving in this plush setting and his inventive recipes are a treasure trove of plays on textures and harmonious or surprising flavours (such as gravadlax of croaker, green apples, oysters and runny yoghurt).
