MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

In a long, thin interior, where black leatherette benches meet exposed stone, chef Stéphane Léger, a former Michelin-starred chef, delights us with his Burgundian cuisine and traditional dishes with a Mediterranean edge. On the menu: poached eggs in a red wine sauce, braised ox cheek, ham terrine with parsley, snails etc, but also bouillabaisse-style red mullet.
