MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Set on the shores of Lake Annecy, the interior sports a smart, trendy vibe, depicted by a minimalist décor of polished concrete floors and a bright blue colour scheme. The superlative cuisine is by Stéphane Buron, chef of the Chabichou in Courchevel: bouillabaisse of lake fish, roast sea bass and lemon meringue pie.
