MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A friendly wine bar and restaurant opposite the cathedral. There’s a great value 3 course set bar menu, while the 5, 7 and 10 course surprise dinner menus served in the restaurant offer original cooking which makes good use of textural contrasts. Herbs, flowers and vegetables are foraged or grown biodynamically.

The chef's commitment
Sustainability is very important and a large part of our ethos. Part of being sustainable is respecting every single ingredient that we use. We are part of a local biodynamic community farm – and all our fish are on the WWF green list and MSC certified.
