Una Estrella : una cocina de gran nivel
Although the style of cuisine is minimalist, the content is high on quality at this restaurant where the dishes are carefully planned and prepared to bring out the full flavour of their top-quality ingredients. Chef Nino Ferreri deliberately eschews innovation in order to showcase the best that nature has to offer in his cuisine – and in Sicily that is plentiful! Our inspectors highly recommend the mackerel in black pepper.
