Welcome to the elegant restaurant of the Tsang family, which has built up a good reputation since opening in 1982. Monica, the daughter, provides matching wine suggestions for the delicacies of her father Danny. His creative approach to Asian preparations is great. It is a feast full of subtlety, where sweet and sour, and fresh and powerful flavours, are deliciously unified.
