The little village of Ne has become synonymous with La Brinca, a restaurant occupying an old farmhouse surrounded by greenery which in the past 30 years has become one of the best trattorias in Liguria and the whole of Italy. The restaurant tells the story of the Circella family – parents and offspring alike put all their heart, energy, passion and dedication into their work here… and it shows! The excellent local, seasonal cuisine is generous and tasty, accompanied by equally superb wines (over 1 000 labels are stored in the wine cellar) which are presented to guests with proper courtesy and attention.
