A selection of raw oysters puts patrons in the mood for seriously good food. From there, proceed to an offering of these bivalves—baked, sizzling and served with crusty bread for a heady spread. House-made pretzel bites are matched with warm queso, but save room for the roast chicken. Moist and tender, the impossibly golden brown and crisped chicken is served over spätzle and garnished with a Granny Smith apple salad for a main dish that really delivers.
