This restaurant in the centre of this small town is run by the Silvestro family (father and son). In summer, book one of the tables in the charming outdoor space overlooking the square. The menu focuses on local traditional cuisine with the occasional personalised twist, while the wine list features labels from the Irpinia region (and elsewhere) with a good choice of vertical wines and top-quality names such as Aglianico and Taurasi.
