MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A restaurant with plenty of charm, a close relationship with the sea, and its own personal history, given that it occupies a charming fisherman’s house dating back to 1575. During restoration work it was discovered that the building had been constructed on top of a whale skeleton! In the welcoming rustic-style dining room on the first floor, enjoy traditional cooking based around the freshest high-quality products that includes Basque dishes and unpretentious fare that, despite its simplicity, does not sacrifice taste or flavour.
