MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Although located on the ground floor of the Hotel Melía Bilbao, the restaurant has its very own personality. The name pays homage to a work by the great artist Eduardo Chillida, renowned for his sculptures created from iron. The focus of the reasonably varied menu is on contemporary cooking and flavours.
