MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

It’s not easy opening a restaurant that specialises in rice dishes in a city with so much competition, and so when young owner-chef Abraham Brández decided to do just that, he needed plenty of courage and ambition. The menu, which boasts around 15 different types of paellas, rice and noodle dishes, also features a superb selection of red meat, fresh fish and seafood, all grilled on a Josper charcoal oven. The restaurant is contemporary in style, with an interesting decor combining ceramic tiles and wood, and is home to a huge bar where guests can also eat if they prefer.
