MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A longstanding family-run restaurant where the welcome and service is unstintingly friendly. The spacious dining room, with its simple classic decor, is complemented by three, much smaller private rooms that can be tailored for family and business events. The traditional à la carte boasts a number of homely dishes and stews, along with some delicious homemade desserts. It is well worth trying the famous white mountain snails, the hearty “olla casera de ayuno” stew, the deboned oxtail in its own sauce, and the house speciality dessert – dates filled with a coffee cream served on custard.
