MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

If you’ve never eaten rice dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven, then this modern family-run restaurant is well worth a visit. It takes its name from the farm on which the fathers of the Margós brothers (Pablo, Marcos, Rodrigo and Rafa) first started to grow rice; nowadays, you can choose between 18 different and equally delicious options, each of which is cooked over pine wood. Enjoy a good choice of contemporary, regional-inspired starters (don’t miss the croquettes), followed by delicious rice dishes (with chicken and artichokes, black squid ink rice, paella valenciana etc) and, as a final fanfare, some exquisite desserts. You can even watch the paella chefs in action!
