MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Fish tripe, anchovy sponge, glazed red tuna, almond parfait and passion fruit soup are just some of the dishes to entice the palate in this restaurant occupying a house just a few metres from the city’s bullring. Here, unique flavours, impressive technique, high-quality products, professionalism and, above all, the passion of owner-chef Jesús Íñigo, combine perfectly to the delight of his guests, who can enjoy contemporary, market-inspired cuisine as well as an extensive array of “pinchos” and a choice of two menus that are only available for the entire table.
