MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A restaurant with a modern ambience where you’ll discover two parallel worlds, one focusing on gastronomy, the other associated with the production of wine. The comfortable main dining room, decorated with various cabinets filled with wine bottles, is complemented by a private dining space which is also used for wine tastings. The owner-chef here creates a few Catalan specialities alongside traditional dishes with a modern touch, with an emphasis on the use of top-quality products sourced from the local Priorat region. Excellent tasting menus, one with a wine pairing option.
