Jack Rose isn't just about the bar; the kitchen delivers a hit list of gastropub-style eats. Dandelion greens pesto atop chewy fettucine is creative and flavorful; fried quail served over toast and spread with creamy sawmill gravy studded with sausage crumbles is positively delicious; and a warm mini butter cake topped with a scoop of butter-pecan ice cream is as tasty as it is adorable.
