MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Situated on the road between Sierre and Crans-Montana, this family inn is run with real dedication by its Belgian owner, who serves ambitious, classically inspired cuisine such as slow-cooked veal cheek ravioli with Borettane onions, leeks, salsify and toast; fillet of sea bass with Roseval potatoes, carrots and diced bacon; and veal sweetbreads with jambon cru, celeriac and button mushrooms. The restaurant terrace boasts magnificent views.
