MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
With a history dating back almost 1 000 years, this mountain inn is full of character with an architectural style typical of the Aosta valley. The cuisine has the same regional inspiration and is based on old recipes and produce from the valley, accompanied by a few Mediterranean-style dishes, including fish options. The welcoming feel continues in the guestrooms, from the simplest rooms to those decorated by a local artist.
