Heidi the chef-owner oversees a young and enthusiastic team, whose multi-course tasting menu is built around sustainability and local produce; from nearby farms with whom they have built close relationships, to seafood from Trondheim fjord. Cooking is creative yet understated and dishes have a natural style which allows the main ingredients to shine.
