MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The aim here is to promote vegetarianism with haute cuisine techniques and stylish plating. Ingredients are sourced locally, but are tweaked and artfully presented to challenge your senses. The speciality faux gras is a pâté made with peanut butter and mushroom purée - the buttery texture and earthiness contrast with the fruity sherry-marinated grapes. Most dishes can be made vegan upon request and the wine list offers organic and natural choices.
