MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The logo on the muted green, birch and glass shop front is quite cryptic. The interior, with its understated elegance, follows the same colour scheme. The menu prominently features Nordic cooking reinvented with wood fire - either smoked with lychee wood or grilled over longan charcoal - but creatively done with intricate skills, a careful balance of flavours and artsy presentations. Try the homemad 'SLOW' bread and the signature An Asian potato & 'caviar'.
