The owner himself shops daily for the freshest seafood in Keelung. Simply pick your favourite from the fridge and servers will recommend the best cooking method. Chargrilled rosy seabass seduces with its lush oily flesh and natural umami, while oyster fritters with ground pork and mushrooms are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Other signatures include steamed leopard coral grouper, and pan-fried pork liver.
