MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This two-storey bistro has been serving healthy MSG-free French cuisine since 2003. It uses ingredients mostly imported from France, seasoned with artisan snowflake sea salt harvested near Antarctica. The chef has over 30 years of experience and his set menus cover the quintessence of French cooking with several choices for each course – onion soup, duck confit, crème brûlée. Reservations are recommended; ask for counter seats to view the action.
