Chef Lukas Botta champions Wanaka-style Italian cuisine rooted in tradition, but reinterpreted with super-fresh local produce. Handmade pasta is a definite highlight, especially the gnocchi with braised beef cheeks starring soft, chewy dumplings and fork-tender beef.
