MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This is haute couture in culinary terms – exquisite courses tailored to diners’ liking. It specialises in river fish from Nantong, alongside up-market Cantonese fare. The freshest ingredients are skilfully prepared and MSG is banished from the kitchen. Besides the serene Zen-inspired main dining room, seven private rooms are available. As roast meats and double-boiled soups take time to make, reservations are highly recommended.
