MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Chef Lee Yu-seok is a star chef who previously owned the famous French gastropub LOUIS CINQ in Apgujeong-dong. This time, he has taken on a new challenge by opening a noodle joint that offers a wide range of dishes from Korea and other parts of Asia. Yumyeonga, which means “a house with noodles,” introduces two new Korean noodle creations every season, as well as foreign-style noodle items infused with an imaginative twist. The chef's signature noodle soup with chicken features a mellow flavor and rich, hot broth reminiscent of ox bone soup. This is a place where one can revel in homey, simple and sincerely prepared noodle dishes at affordable prices.
