That dream is delivered — and with finesse — at Steak House, a classy but casual restaurant located within 322 Sowol-ro, a conceptualized food alley at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. The key to their well-executed steaks? The Pira charcoal oven, imported from Spain, cooks meats at extremely high temperatures in a short amount of time to minimize the loss of moisture. The view from the restaurant is a bonus.
