MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Chef Lee Jae-hun and Manager Lee Jae-ho, two brothers who have climbed the ranks in the dining industry over several years, have fused their culinary expertise and varied experiences to open this bistro. Flaunting firm roots in gastronomy, these classic recipes expressed through Chef Lee’s unique interpretations and range of intuitive flavors. In the front of house, Manager Lee greets patrons with warmth and sensitivity; and it is such polished service that accentuates the classic ambience. The bistro offers dinner only, and patrons are required to order wine to accompany a meal.
