MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Owner Sylvio Lazzarini was once the President of the Brazilian Cattle Breeders’ Association, so you can be sure of the quality of the meat here. A few years after the restaurant had established its excellent reputation, he also founded the 'Intermezzo Gourmet' distribution company and began to supply meat to São Paulo’s most prestigious restaurants.
