A Black Forest native in Saxony… Peter Maria Schnurr learned his craft in some of Germany's top Michelin-starred restaurants. The skills he honed there are put to excellent use in the fine dining restaurant of The Westin hotel. He presents imaginative, creative and technically accomplished dishes, in which highly diverse flavours sit happily side by side. Diners can opt for the set menu or order à la carte. Even the fabulous views of the city from the 27^th floor can't compete with food as good as this! Then there is the first-rate, cordial service, and an extensive wine selection with a very good range of vintages. Amusingly, the chocolate that accompanies your coffee is served on a flip-flop!
