MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The chef, former hotel school culinary instructor, has set up shop in a house (part of which is troglodytic) in the heart of the village. He works with excellent regional produce, liberally yet carefully seasoned with spices and herbs. A treat for the taste buds, all the more so as the bill is reasonable.

En restaurant med masser af stemning, bygget ind i hus fra 15. århundrede. Drevet af et ægtepar, der giver den bedste personlig betjening og et ambitiøst køkken med høj kvalitet. Hver gang, vi har været der.

Charmant petit restaurant, excellent service et excellente nourriture. Le coup de cœur était le tartare de tomates. La crème brûlée à la lavande était également excellente. Un seul bémol sur le play principal, le filet de porc n’était pas bardé, et masqué sous la sauce.

Restaurant très sympa. Les plats sont excellents, très bien préparés et présentés. Pour ma part mon magret de canard était très bien cuisiné et la tartelette pistache chocolat et framboise était un régale. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We enjoyed a very pleasant evening at les Saveurs Gormandes. We had the €31 menu - only two choices per course but excellent, well presented food. It had a nice intimate, traditionally French atmosphere.
