MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This is the first position as chef for Julie Chaix, who trained at the Bastide de Moustiers with Alain Ducasse. Julie concocts regionally inspired recipes, sprinkled with modern touches. Concise menu and local seasonal ingredients, served in two stylish dining rooms depicted by a chic rustic décor of light colours. The terrace commands a sweeping view of the wooded grounds planted with Provençal species.
