MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The locals have adopted this poolside restaurant, somewhat unexpectedly located in a tennis club. Under the auspices of chef David Archinard, the accent is on delicious Provençal recipes, dripping in generosity and lovingly prepared. The menu changes regularly, although a few culinary favourites are always present, such as foie gras, pigeon and rum baba.
