MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A restaurant with a difference in Oviedo’s old quarter (the famous and fictional town of “Vetusta” described in the 19C novel La Regenta), which takes its name from the old name of the street here. It boasts two completely different spaces: an informal tapas bar which comes into its own at aperitif hour, and, to the rear, a notably more relaxed and eclectic bistro-style dining room where guests can order the set menu or from the à la carte. Contemporary cooking showcasing precise attention to detail, delicate textures and meticulous presentation. You’ll need to book to gain access to the main dining room.
