Since setting up shop in these new premises, brothers Giang Ta (maitre d') and Khanh Ta (chef) have been hosting diners in a trendy urban counter-restaurant. The chefs can be seen at work from the large U-shaped bar around the kitchen. A lively yet stylish atmosphere reigns, underscored by modern music selection which is personally chosen - something special these days. A nice detail: at every seat there is a small photo album that looks at story of the two owners and presents the team with a sense of humor. There is a seasonal five-course menu based on Vietnamese flavours and family recipes, influenced by the chef’s Vietnamese heritage and his life in the Czech Republic. The wine selection offers high quality and the sommelier provides expert advice. Alongside the wine pairing, you can also choose a cocktail or a non-alcoholic drink to accompany the set menu.
