MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

This is the first ever Michelin-starred restaurant in the Val d’Ossola! This laboratory of flavours combines tradition with modernity and generosity with seasonal ingredients, marking a definite step in the culinary development of its owner-chef Giorgio.
