MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Opposite the submarine base, now a cultural centre, the Skipper, brainchild of a former FC Nantes football player, proposes subtle, tasty cuisine. The chef, formerly of Le Fort de l'Océan (in Le Croisic), has no qualms about letting the seasons dictate his inspiration. All of which in a modern setting.
