MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A former associate of Alexandre Couillon in Noirmoutier, Anthony Lumet, who did a stint in the kitchen of La Table d'Élise, concocts neat, minimalist dishes, authentic through and through, and in tune with the seasons and market availability. First-rate produce, flawless culinary technique and reasonable prices. An endearing establishment whose chef is as modest as he is enthusiastic.
