One of the city’s modern ‘barcode’ buildings plays host to this bright, relaxed restaurant, where an open kitchen affords views of the chefs, and a terrace is on-hand to make the most of the warmer weather. Three set menus allow you to choose between four, five or eight courses, with optional extras including cheeses and a sharing dessert platter. Cooking is underpinned by Norwegian produce, with their speciality being the in-house aged and cured hams, which are sliced at your table for an additional dash of theatre.
