Larger-sized anago from all over the country are used here. We recommend the anago set menu, which includes anago in every dish, with an appetiser, grilled anago and shabu-shabu at the end. The ‘Rokusai-mori’ includes lightly broiled sashimi and thin-sliced tsukuri as well as shredded tsukuri, and allows you to fully enjoy the anago. There is also seasonal shuko to go with sake. We recommend the hitsumabushi at lunchtime.
