Modern and fuss-free fine dining, just the way we like it! This applies as much to the cuisine as it does to the setting. The restaurant in the Hotel Ambiente, which is located in the Wambel district, proposes a pleasingly trendy and informal atmosphere (check out the two dining pods – perfect for couples!), although in summer you may well prefer the sheltered terrace to the rear. The man at the helm is Phillip Schneider, who delivers modern and innovative cuisine that is full of flavour contrasts yet beautifully balanced. His dishes are presented to diners in the form of two "customised" set menus. One is completely vegetarian, the other showcases carefully sourced meat and fish. You can also dine à la carte. Courteous and competent service, excellent wine recommendations.
