MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
If ever you eat in this friendly 19C half-timbered house, don’t miss the Wiener schnitzel prepared at your table. The classic, traditional menu also includes home-made terrines and turbot in champagne sauce. The cellar holds some 30 000 bottles including a complete collection of Château Mouton Rothschilds dating back to 1911!
