One Star: High quality cooking
Young chef Michele Minchillo from Puglia is at the helm in this restaurant which occupies a historic palazzo in the centre of Crema. Despite its location, you’ll only find a tiny hint of Crema and Puglia in the excellent creative cuisine on offer which is showcased on three tasting menus (one of which is vegetarian) and an à la carte. The Asian-style dishes are particularly interesting, while our recommendations include the stand-out “cacio e pepe” with raw prawns and lime. There’s also a tranquil outdoor space to the rear for summer dining.
