MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
One of the best restaurants in the area, where the friendly, exuberant owner, Massimo, is a real gourmet enthusiast who enjoys helping his guests choose from the reinterpreted Lazian specialities on the menu. Excellent wines and produce, including dishes such as carcotto (veal) with wild herbs, capers and tuna mayonnaise, liver with onions and bay leaves, and creamy tiramisù.
