The chef's commitment
We follow a farm-to-fork philosophy and have built strong relationships with local farmers. We grow herbs and vegetables, as well as flowers for the tables, and also forage for ingredients. Our scraps feed our chickens, pigs, sheep and goats, or are turned into compost for the garden
