MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Housed at the base of a glamorous new condo complex, this upscale bistro features a beautifully appointed space—with an elegant staircase that leads you upstairs to an oversized, U-shaped bar with tufted leather booths along one wall. Service everywhere is thoughtful and practiced. Diners can expect a wide range of refined comfort food, from a spinach and goat cheese salad with warm bacon vinaigrette to a Nordic twist on salmon tartare. The latter is laced with juniper, pickled shallots and topped with toasted triangles of marbled rye bread. Light but satisfying entrées include a well-charred grilled chicken over panzanella studded with cherry tomatoes and spring vegetables. Be sure to request the optional bread basket—it’s heaven for carb fans.
