MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The term Bordeluche refers to someone from Bordeaux in Gascon dialect. Here that person is the devilishly enthusiastic boss. His diminutive bistro is perfectly at home in the trendy, hipster Batignolles district, which swears by natural or biodynamic wines only. The seasonal, market-fresh cuisine is whipped up by a team of “mates”. The low-key interior is characteristically Parisian. Ample proof that the bistronomic concept is alive and kicking.
