KGB stands for Kitchen Gallery Bis, ‘bis’ referring to the fact that is the second KGB restaurant in Paris. A cross between an art gallery and a less than conventional restaurant, it has the same feel as its elder sibling. The original cuisine explores sweet and sour associations, flavoured with the spices of Asia.
