Itacoa is the name of a magnificent, windswept Brazilian beach, not far from where Rafael Gomes grew up. The young chef, winner of Brazil's Master Chef, composes an uncomplicated market-fresh menu that pays tribute to his South American origins, while respecting the seasons and in partnership with a handful of carefully selected small-scale producers.
